Repairing Boat Floor Plywood

Note that even though the plywood has been snapped and left exposed to rain and wind it still holds its integrity.

Cover the plywood flooring pieces with a fiberglass mat and seal in place using a fiberglass resin. Place the damaged cutout section of the floor on a piece of marine plywood and mark the outline of the piece. Plywood can be repaired if the damaged area is not extensive. Start removing the old damaged material using an electric saw to cut it.
